Job Details

• Manage a docket of sexual abuse and institutional liability cases.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain compassionate communication with survivors.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Coordinate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals.
• Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys.
