Job description

Electronic Health Records/Health IT Account System Admin in Richmond, VA.

Duration of contract - 6-12+ months

Hybrid role in Richmond, VA (Only Locals)

Job Duties:

-Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security and related infrastructure.
-Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permission, PC refresh and software installations, inventory and software management utilizing Asset Panda, managing user accounts, receiving and transfer inventory to maintain accurate records.
-The ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written forms is essential.
-Working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access, and inventory operations. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
-Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.
-Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
-Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures.
-Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
-Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
-Configure/add new services as necessary.
-Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
-Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
-Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
-Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

Qualifications:
-Must have excellent organization and planning skills, and an understanding of the utilization of technology in the business processes for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) program.
-The ideal candidate will have experience in a recognized Electronic Health Record System.
