  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of test strategy, regression planning, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Data engineering and data modeling experience with databases such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Oracle, Apache Iceberg.
  • Strong data engineering background working with large, distributed data sets and real-time processing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AML / Financial Crime technology, specifically Actimize (IFM, SAM, RCM preferred) and FircoSoft / LexisNexis Risk platforms.
  • Deep expertise with FircoSoft V6, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, watchlist filtering, matching logic, alerting, and investigation workflows.
  • Understanding of sanctions compliance (OFAC) and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong experience with secure SDLC practices, CI/CD pipeline implementation, application security, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
  • 6+ years of experience in AML / Financial Crime technology.
  • Proven leadership within large, regulated financial institutions.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, and remediation initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating technical design documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, highly regulated environments.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree.
