Join Liebherr, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated Senior Application Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Azure Integrations (m/f/d) to support the development and evolution of our global CRM and Field Service platform (OneCRM), based in our IT Shared Service Centre (LSS) in Madrid.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and its Azure-based integration landscape. You will contribute to building scalable, high-quality applications and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with Solution Architects, IT Operations, and business stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering robust and future-ready solutions in a global environment.

Creating passion: your responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement), including plugins, workflows, and client-side customizations.
  • Build and maintain Azure-based integrations using services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Develop and enhance interfaces between Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to support business processes.
  • Participate in solution design and technical discussions, ensuring alignment with architecture and development standards.
  • Build, lead and coordinate a small development team (approx. 2-5 people), managing workload, priorities, and development backlog.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations to support incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, supporting automated deployments and efficient delivery processes.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and transparency across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international and agile environment. 
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and Azure integrations.
  • Solid experience in custom development (plugins, workflows, scripts) and integration using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs).
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics 365 architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience developing interfaces between enterprise systems (ideally including SAP environments).
  • Good knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, JSON).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in leading or coordinating a small team, with the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in complex environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and quality-focused mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in international and agile environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or German) are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15%) as required.
