Job description

Day (6am-6:10pm) and Night (6pm-6:10am) shift openings, 2-2-3 Schedule - hiring multiple candidates!

Position Overview

This position is located at Profiles Conover, NC manufacturing plant and reports to the production supervisor. As a bagger operator on the production line, you will rotate positions with your teammates throughout your shift. This will include operating the bagger machine, monitoring finished goods for imperfections in packaging, removing defective bags form the line, cutting bags for reprocessing, hand stacking pallets of 50-pound bags if needed, operating a forklift (once trained and certified) and housekeeping duties as needed.

We offer a skills base pay (The more you learn, the more your pay increases)

Entry Level $16.00

Bagger Level 2 $17.60

Master Bagger $19.36

*Night shift pays an additional $1.50 for shift differential. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagger safely and efficiently
  • Maintain preset production goals.
  • Remove out-of-spec bags and hand stack for reprocessing.
  • Cut open rejected bales for reprocessing
  • Operate forklift to load and store bags.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
