• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect current best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, effectively managing diverse therapeutic activities that promote client engagement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams—including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and registered nurses—to coordinate integrated care strategies.
• Advocate for clients’ access to community resources and services, ensuring they receive the broad spectrum of support they need.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHRs) to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and community-focused approaches.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may be facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our client-focused approach emphasizes cultural competence, recognizing the importance of tailoring support to fit the individual needs and circumstances of each person we help. You will work with both adult and adolescent populations, understanding their distinct perspectives and needs within therapeutic settings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans based on individualized clinical evaluations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice in all aspects of service provision.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with integrated care models and experience advocating for social justice and community resources is also advantageous. Demonstrated clinical skills through interviews will further strengthen your application.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, depending on your caseload and professional experience.
