About the Role: Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Web + Mobile
Location: Remote* | Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will own and scale Begin's full-funnel acquisition and growth strategy across web and mobile ecosystems. You will lead the performance marketing engine responsible for driving efficient subscriber growth for product lines HOMER, codeSpark and Little Passports and accelerating Begin's evolution into the trusted operating system for families.
This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role driving core marketing responsibilities for Begin's product lines and building strong relationships with counterparts in Learning, Product, Data and Finance. You will oversee acquisition strategy, experimentation, media investment, attribution, forecasting, and funnel optimization across all major paid and emerging channels. You will shape not only how we acquire customers, but how we build a durable, scalable growth system that compounds over time.
You are a sophisticated growth operator who understands modern subscription businesses deeply. You know how to scale acquisition efficiently while protecting brand integrity and customer trust. You are equally comfortable in executive strategy conversations, performance deep dives, and hands-on experimentation reviews.

What You Will Own
Growth Strategy & Business Leadership
  • Own the overarching acquisition and growth strategy across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop scalable growth frameworks that optimize for long-term subscriber value, not just short-term volume.
  • Lead budget allocation and investment strategy across channels, balancing efficiency, incrementality, diversification, and scale.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across emerging platforms, partnerships such as affiliates, creators, and other media channels.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership on growth planning, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.
  • Influence company-wide prioritization through data-driven insights on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve growth marketing workflows - increasing decision velocity, operational efficiency, and scalability across the acquisition funnel.

Performance Marketing & Full-Funnel Optimization
  • Own and scale all paid acquisition channels, including:
    • Meta
    • Google (Search, YouTube, Display, App Campaigns)
    • Apple Search Ads
    • TikTok
    • Pinterest
    • Programmatic Display Networks
    • Affiliate and partnership channels
    • Emerging acquisition platforms
  • Lead top of funnel optimization from impression → click → install → trial → subscription and partner with Product team on ensuring new subscribers are high value with a strong CLTV:CAC.
  • Design and operationalize sophisticated experimentation frameworks across:
    • Creative strategy
    • Audience segmentation
    • Incrementality testing
    • Bidding and media optimization
    • Web Landing pages
    • App Store optimization
    • Trial structures (collaborating with Product team)
    • Onboarding and activation flows (collaborating with Product team)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to improve conversion rate optimization initiatives across both web and mobile user journey
  • Establish scalable testing infrastructure and best practices across growth channels

Measurement, Attribution & Growth Analytics
  • Own acquisition forecasting, KPI modeling, media pacing, and growth reporting.
  • Define and evolve the company's measurement framework across web and app ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with Data and Engineering teams to improve:
    • Attribution accuracy
    • Event instrumentation
    • MMM and incrementality capabilities
    • LTV forecasting
    • Cohort analysis
  • Build scalable decision-making frameworks grounded in CAC efficiency, payback periods, retention curves, and contribution margin.
  • Maintain deep expertise in:
    • AppsFlyer / MMPs
    • GA4
    • Looker and BI platforms
    • ATT / SKAdNetwork ecosystem changes
    • Attribution modeling and privacy-first measurement
  • Translate complex performance data into clear executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.

Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship
  • Develop high-performing, insight-driven campaigns across formats and channels, using AI as a force multiplier for creative iteration, audience targeting, and growth optimization.
  • Guide creative strategy using performance insights, audience behavior, and platform-native best practices.
  • Ensure performance marketing strengthens long-term brand trust and customer affinity.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a key growth partner across Product, CRM, Lifecycle, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, and Creative.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions through growth channel insights and customer behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to improve lead to sign up acquisition.
  • Build strong external relationships with potential agencies, platform partners, and vendors.

  • Proven track record scaling acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and additional growth channels.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Subscription economics
    • LTV modeling
    • Funnel optimization
    • Attribution and incrementality
    • Growth experimentation
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets with accountability to CAC, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin targets.
  • Deep analytical fluency across GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Excel/Sheets, and related growth tooling.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
