  • Participate in structured migration governance processes, including technical documentation, status reporting, and risk tracking
  • Contribute to production cutover preparation, rollback validation planning, and post-migration stabilization

  • Operate within a defined delivery cadence, maintaining accountability for milestones and technical quality

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing custom Appian plugins (smart services, functions, integrations)

  • Deep understanding of Appian Cloud constraints, supported APIs, and architectural best practices
  • Experience refactoring legacy codebases to remove filesystem access, unsupported database dependencies, and non-cloud-compliant logging
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex Appian environments
  • Experience validating and packaging plugins for multi-environment deployment
  • Ability to remain hands-on while working within a structured, governance-driven delivery model
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document technical findings and recommendations

  • 3+ years of experience supporting deployments across development, testing, and production environments

  • Green Card holder or US Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Security clearance.
