Job description

• 8+ years of professional site reliability career experience
• 10+ Years of Total IT experience building complex systems.
• Experience with any of the Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, PHP
• Experience with automation platforms tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO) or GitLabCI
• Experience with cloud providers like Amazon Web services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with container and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt
• Experience with the open-source telemetry (OTel) frameworks and tools.
• Experience with monitoring, APM, and alerting tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Newrelic etc.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, PagerDuty, XMatters etc.
• Ability to create the technical documents on SRE best practices and process
• Expertise on APM tools and IaC certification is preferred.
