Now hiring a professional and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Maintenance Lead Technician is the core of the community. They are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community; insuring a comfortable environment for residents, future residents, and team members. The Lead Maintenance Technician maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests (received and completed), expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.

Responsibilities as a Lead Maintenance Technician:

  • To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  •  Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance
  • Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in
  • Implement preventative maintenance program, and oversee it
  • Make sure that maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.

Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician Requirements:  

  • HVAC certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience required
  • Preventative Maintenance experience
  • Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Attendance is an imperative job function
  • Great customer service
  • Flexible work schedule
