WhatΒ you'llΒ do:Β 

As a Global Evaluation Services Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding NT Technologies' Evaluation Services business across international markets. You willΒ be responsible forΒ identifying, developing, and managing strategic vendor and partner relationships worldwide, with a focus on driving global customer acquisition, increasing brand presence across regions, and accelerating revenue growth.Β 

This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cross-border partnerships, and the ability toΒ operateΒ effectively across different time zones and cultures. This is an opportunity to directly influence NT Technologies' global expansion strategy andΒ establishΒ a strong international partner ecosystem.Β 

In this role you will:Β 

  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-value international vendors and partners within the evaluation services ecosystemΒ Β 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders across global partner organizationsΒ Β 
  • Develop and execute region-specific and global account plans aligned with NT Technologies' international growth objectivesΒ Β 
  • Drive global revenue growth through new partner acquisition in key international markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)Β Β 
  • Expand existing accounts byΒ identifyingΒ cross-border opportunities and multi-region deploymentsΒ Β 
  • IdentifyΒ new international market opportunities, localization strategies, and scalable partnership modelsΒ Β 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop regionally relevant, co-branded campaigns and global go-to-market strategiesΒ Β 
  • Build andΒ maintainΒ strong relationships with key decision-makers across diverse geographic regions and culturesΒ Β 
  • Conduct regular global business reviews, including region-specific performance assessmentsΒ Β 
  • Ensure partner satisfaction while aligning international partners with NT Technologies' strategic and operational goalsΒ Β 
  • Travel as needed to support key global partnerships and industry eventsΒ Β 
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and API support teams to execute international partnership initiativesΒ Β 
  • ProvideΒ market-specific insights to inform product localization, enhancements, and service offeringsΒ Β 
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partners across multiple regions and time zonesΒ Β 
  • Monitor KPIs related to global partner performance, regional revenue contribution, and international customer acquisitionΒ Β 
  • MaintainΒ accurateΒ and up-to-date billing records across international partners, ensuring compliance with invoicing and payment termsΒ Β 
  • Leverage data-driven insights toΒ optimizeΒ global account strategies and regional performanceΒ Β 

WhatΒ you'llΒ need:Β 

  • 5-8+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, trading, or SaaSΒ Β 
  • ProvenΒ track recordΒ of managing and growing international or multi-region strategic accountsΒ Β 
  • Experience working with global partners, cross-border agreements, or international market expansionΒ Β 
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, futures markets, or evaluation services is a plusΒ Β 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across culturesΒ Β 
  • Ability toΒ operateΒ effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentΒ Β 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and performance metricsΒ Β 
  • Willingness to travel internationally as neededΒ Β 

Compensation:Β 

The salary range for this role will be $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will receive an annual target bonus of 30%. Bonus pay for this role is structured with 10% based on company performance and 20% based on individual KPIs.Β 

Location:

This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:

  • 20 additional flex remote days annually
  • 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
