Role Overview

PulseLearning is seeking a Media Developer to support the creation of engaging digital learning experiences for global clients.


In this role, you will transform instructional design concepts intointeractive eLearning modules, animations, videos, and multimedia learning assets. You will work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project teams to ensure learning solutions are visually engaging, interactive, and technically sound.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with technology to build engaging learning

experiences.


Key Responsibilities

eLearning Development

  • Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar platforms.
  • Build engaging learning experiences including simulations, branching scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
  • Translate storyboards and design concepts into fully functional learning modules.


Multimedia Development

  • Develop multimedia elements including animations, motion graphics, and interactive assets.
  • Edit and integrate audio, video, and graphics into learning modules.
  • Optimize multimedia content for web-based learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).


Collaboration & Production

  • Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and graphic designers to develop engaging learning solutions.
  • Review and interpret storyboards to ensure technical feasibility and creative alignment.
  • Participate in project discussions to provide development insights and recommendations.


Quality Assurance & Optimization

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance of learning modules across devices and browsers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure modules function smoothly in LMS environments.
  • Ensure deliverables meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in eLearning or multimedia development.
  • Strong experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Experience developing interactive learning modules and digital learning content.
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
  • Experience integrating audio, video, and animation into digital learning experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and consistency across learning products.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Experience
