In this role, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for members, groups, providers, and partners. You'll help customers understand their benefits, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience with every interaction. What You'll Do
  • Serve as a resource for customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, web chat, voicemail, and written correspondence.
  • Research and resolve questions using multiple systems and information resources.
  • Explain coverage details and benefit information clearly and accurately.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely service while meeting quality standards.
  • Process and manage customer-related documentation, messages, and communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support additional customer service activities as business needs evolve.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
