This role is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your own home while maintaining a work-life balance. You will be a part of a dynamic community health clinic that embraces technology to deliver effective mental health services. Utilizing video chat and other digital tools, you will connect with clients in a supportive virtual setting, ensuring that they receive the care they need on their terms.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate and address clients' treatment needs and mental health concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized recovery-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide life skills training focused on daily living, financial management, health and safety, and social supports.
• Foster the development of coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through interactive counseling sessions.
• Educate clients about community resources available to them and advocate for their connection to these services.
• Monitor and manage client symptoms, providing guidance on behavior and anger management as needed.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

This role centers on supporting adults struggling with mental illness who require assistance in maintaining their independence. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with a diverse range of individuals, each with unique histories, needs, and potential barriers to community participation. Your approach will be client-centered and tailored to empower clients in their healing processes.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and demonstrate no record of disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic disposition.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including a stable internet connection.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services to individuals with mental health challenges.
• Knowledge of community resources and advocacy protocols to assist clients effectively.
• Experience in developing group and individual therapeutic activities that enhance clients' coping and social skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit, full-time counselors are eligible for comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
