Job Description

Data Management & Reporting Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build and act as "owner" of Access database, pulling together data from multipleย Access Managementย sources (AOR, WIAM, WAM)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform database refresh on routine schedule

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Design, build, and maintain management & PM/BA reporting

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform AOR updates and ensure data consistency between AOR and WIAM as necessary

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform ad-hoc analysis per WIAM management request

Change Request Process Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support Project Coordinator with intake process for change requests (CR)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure CR decisions are captured and appropriate documentation stored


Qualifications

Skills/Experience:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Very strong MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint skills

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Reporting skills:ย  design, generate, and maintain reporting tied to relational databases

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills; nothing "falls through the cracks"

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  3+ years relevant experience with Access/relational databases

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  IAM experience a plus, although not a necessity
