Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cell Program Analyst
The Opportunity:
Provide analysis, support, expertise and liaison between the Headquarters and Department of the Army. Provide representation to DoW organizations and forums to integrate EOD and C-IED into DOTMLPF-P requirements and solutions in support of Multi-Domain Operations and inform protection capability development in support of the Continuous Transformation Campaign Plan. Conduct research and analysis on doctrine, prepare and write reports, prepare and present briefs, and participate in the evaluation of capabilities for improving the program within Layered Protection (LP). Review and assess proposed and approved EOD gaps within LP, assist in the incorporation of EOD into experimentations, assessments, and exercises within LP, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Process Teams, and Exercise Planning meetings with Army EOD equities across the LP enterprise. Facilitate LP input to Force Design Updates regarding EOD and coordinate support on issues related to EOD within LP doctrine, concepts, capabilities, materiel, and training. Provide talking points, recommendations, and review Policy and Strategy revision to a C-IED Program, the Army Counter-IED Strategy, and the Army's C-IED Annual Report. Participate in the C-IED IPT and inform Government leaders of any concerns or friction points within the C-IED community of interest. Participate in other Counter-Improvised Threat working groups, informal and formal events, and monitor on-going operational activities to ensure information dissemination to all relevant stakeholders and government leads.
You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience working at the division level or above
  • 2+ years of experience working on C-IED or EOD programs
  • Experience supporting policy, program oversight, capabilities development, and resourcing requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of the Navy School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience leading Integrated Process Teams (IPTs)
  • Experience with Urgent Operational Needs
  • Experience with Unified Exploitation and Collected Exploitable Material
  • Experience in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of the DoD budget process
  • Knowledge of Army Counter Unmanned Aerial System Operations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
