This position functions as the Federal Compliance Program Analyst at MDHHS, responsible for the implementation and oversight of the data specific activities related to the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule. This position is the recognized resource responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining program data necessary to meet the federal requirements for the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule. This position will provide research, findings, and technical assistance to the Federal Compliance team as it related to the HCBS rule.

Position will provide technical assistance and trainings regarding HCBS rule requirements related to data input, analysis, reporting, and related platforms. This position is responsible for analyzing the compliance and performance measure data for the development and submission of federal reporting documents related to HCBS rule.
