• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and private experience for all clients.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation utilizing our HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Engage in virtual case consultations and participate in ongoing team training, contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure clients receive comprehensive support, including referrals to additional services when necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required for this position.
• An active LPC license in Tennessee is essential, or you must be license-eligible within 90 days of hiring.
• At least 2 years of solid clinical experience in individual or relational therapy is required.

• Experience providing telehealth services, familiar with virtual therapy platforms, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote caseload independently.
• A reliable internet connection, private workspace, and technical proficiency in managing telehealth tools.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
