This role is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across California. With flexible working hours within our core schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you can manage your caseload effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate with a supportive team of experienced clinicians who are committed to your professional growth and the highest standards of care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that focus on achieving personal therapy goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to improve clients' mental health outcomes.
• Regularly track treatment progress, ensuring consistency in therapy by updating clinical notes and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in clinical supervision sessions and participate in internal training initiatives to enhance your skills and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with other licensed providers and external agencies to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

As an Associate Level Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your ability to build rapport will be crucial as you tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A valid associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in California is required to practice.
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• You should embody a professional demeanor, demonstrating reliability and a client-focused approach.

• At least one year of previous experience in a mental health or counseling setting is preferred, helping you adapt quickly to our practice environment.
• An ability to manage a regular caseload effectively, allowing for client continuity and progress.
