As an AI Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll help ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered software solutions. Working alongside Software Engineering, Product, and QA teams, you'll develop and test prompts, evaluate AI-generated results, validate software functionality, and help improve AI-assisted workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious about Generative AI, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career at the intersection of software quality and artificial intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Design and execute manual and automated software tests.
  • Validate software releases and identify defects.
  • Extract, analyze, and verify data using AI-assisted tools and SQL.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product teams to improve AI-enabled applications.
  • Document findings and recommend improvements to prompts, workflows, and software quality.
  • Continuously learn and explore new AI tools, testing techniques, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who demonstrate smarts, curiosity, coachability, work ethic, responsibility, honesty, and a track record of learning and delivering results.

You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts and the software development lifecycle.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.

Nice to Have

  • Basic programming or scripting experience (.Net, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Exposure to test automation tools (Azure Document Intelligence, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, promptfoo, Ragas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or Agile development practices.
  • Personal, academic, or internship projects involving AI or software development.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 CAD annually. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.
