Job description

Sleep better when Seller Central is quiet? You can smell a suppressed listing. You’ve got a sixth sense for trouble. And you’re fluent in Amazon Seller Central. You understand how listings, keywords, ads, and account health work together. And you know that disciplined execution is what drives real marketplace growth. If that sounds like you, you might have what it takes to be our next Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist.

You’ll love working here…

You’ll be supported by good people who know what they’re doing, and given the space to get better without burning out or cutting corners. If you want to operate at the highest level, on real brands, with a team that respects the craft of marketplace work — this is definitely the place for you!

What You Bring to the Table…

Proof you can execute
When we look at your experience, we’ll see more than time spent “working on Amazon.” We’ll see clear evidence that you can own listings, cases, and data with precision. You’ve managed real ASINs, made live listing updates, and understand how small mistakes can turn into big problems. You’re comfortable updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images. And you’ve got a reputation for always double-checking your work, because you know accuracy matters.

A systems-first operations mindset
You never guess! You work from checklists, SOPs, and clean processes and you’re not afraid to improve them. Case logs are organized. Files are named properly. Deadlines are met without reminders. You spot inconsistencies early and fix them before they escalate into suppressions, rejections, or account health issues.

Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central
Seller Central feels familiar, not intimidating. You know where to find listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history. You’re comfortable opening and managing cases end-to-end, providing the right documentation, and escalating strategically when needed — without panic or emotion.

Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance
You understand how keywords, content, and conversion work together. You’ve used tools like Helium 10 (or similar) to research and track keywords, update listings responsibly, and monitor changes in rank and traffic. You know the difference between adding keywords and actually improving performance.

Advertising awareness (without black-hat behaviour)

You understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the broader marketplace ecosystem and how each format contributes across the funnel, from keyword-based conversions to brand visibility and retargeting. You can export and organize campaign data accurately, recognize underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns, and flag issues early. You follow existing structures and naming conventions, and you don’t make “creative” changes to bids, targeting, budgets, or campaign structures without alignment.

Data accuracy you take personally
Spreadsheets don’t scare you. In fact, you care about them being right. Your exports are accurate. Formulas are intact. Dates line up. Formatting is consistent. When someone looks at your report, they trust it — because you’ve already checked it twice.

Calm, collaborative, and low-ego
You work well with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners. You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early. You take feedback without defensiveness and adjust quickly. You care more about getting it right than being right.

Detail-oriented under real pressure
Multiple listings. Live campaigns. Tight timelines. You stay organized, keep track of moving pieces, and don’t let things slip. You understand that marketplace work compounds — and that disciplined execution is what keeps everything running smoothly.

Nice to have (but not required)
Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is a plus, as is exposure to regulated or health-related categories where accuracy and compliance matter. If you’ve supported international marketplaces, you’ll also feel at home navigating differences in rules, listings, and execution across regions. None of this is required — it simply means we’ll probably swoon when we meet you!
Now, time to be honest: is this really you? If you’re nodding your head and feeling that flutter of excitement, then we can’t wait to meet you.

Other Qualities You’ll Need

We’re going to insist that you have these 3 qualities:

  • You’re humble--you put the team and others’ needs ahead of your own
  • You’re hungry to learn more
  • You’re people smart--in the sense that you’re a great teammate

The truth is, if you don’t have these qualities you won’t last long with us. So if you’re missing one of them, be honest. Save yourself a lot of headaches and skip to a job posting that is a better fit for you.

What Will You Earn?

We believe in rewarding top talent. So let’s talk about salary once we’ve had the chance to get to know you better. Rest assured, we’re generous and offer above-market pay for the right person. If you bring the skills and experience, we’ll make sure the compensation reflects that.

You’ll also enjoy the following benefits:

  • A generous healthcare package
  • Monthly team events and activities
  • Flexible Stat Holidays with the option to bank days for later use

And above all, you’ll join a team that you’ll never want to leave. Culture is everything to us. Yes, we work extremely hard to change as many people’s lives as possible. But we know how to have fun and reward ourselves too.
