The successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, dispatch coordination, and order fulfillment while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments, inventory, and warehouse supplies.

  • Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.

  • Review work orders, shipping documents, packing slips, dispatch schedules, and inventory records to ensure order accuracy.

  • Coordinate outbound shipments and assist with dispatch activities to support timely deliveries.

  • Load and unload trucks while following proper warehouse safety procedures.

  • Move products and materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, product relocation, and warehouse organization.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.

  • Follow established operational procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, dispatch personnel, and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.

  • Ability to understand work instructions, shipping documents, dispatch schedules, and standard operating procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to bend, lift, twist, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for up to 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours as needed.

  • Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or additional shifts based on operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, dispatching, distribution, order picking, material handling, logistics, or fulfillment is preferred.

  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is an asset but not required.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and barcode scanning systems is a plus.

Compensation

Hourly Pay:$22 – $29 per hour
