• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, guiding them towards effective outcomes.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Facilitate therapeutic discussions that help clients gain insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, refining treatment strategies as needed and equipping clients with practical coping mechanisms for everyday challenges.
• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate and share best practices with fellow mental health professionals.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. Our focus is on helping clients develop critical skills for enhancing their quality of life. By creating a secure and supportive environment, you will contribute actively to their personal growth and mental health journey.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Illinois, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and applicants must have no past disciplinary actions against their professional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and communication proficiency.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate online therapeutic platforms effectively.

• Prior experience in providing remote counseling or teletherapy.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues.

A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, will be provided. Additional benefits include:
