Golden Dove Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a fully remote position, this role offers flexibility allowing you to work from home while still maintaining the structure of a standard workweek. You will engage with clients in virtual settings, providing an environment that is both safe and conducive to therapy. Our hours are set from Monday to Friday, typically 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to dedicate your time and energy during prime working hours without the overhead of commuting.

• Provide evidence-based mental health care through video and phone sessions, adapting your approach to best meet the needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health history and personal goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques tailored to each unique situation.
• Regularly maintain and update client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Conduct follow-up sessions and track client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving mental health needs.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active LMHC license in New York State is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in providing remote therapy services.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 95,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
