Job Description

Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Launch campaigns landing pages reflecting culturally respectful and accessible content for Veterans to increase consumer awareness and drive conversion

  • Build and manage Marketo programs: segmentation, dynamic content, nurture streams, progressive forms, lead scoring, and email deliverability tailored for Veterans and the VA care ecosystem

  • Analyze digital campaign effectiveness in reaching target customers and driving behavior leading to conversion

  • Partner with the government sales team to support VISN and VAMC awareness, referrals, and patient education journeys linking digital touchpoints to care pathways and product adoption.

  • Collaborate across HC marketing teams to develop clinician marketing campaigns targeted for the government channel

  • Serve as Adobe Marketo Engage super user for the UCC HC business (including both B2B and B2C modules)

  • Maintain data hygiene and CRM alignment (e.g., Salesforce); establish multi touch attribution and granular reporting on pipeline and downstream outcomes

e-Commerce Channel Optimization

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the e-Commerce strategy for growth products including through the Amazon and Walmart marketplaces as well as other strategic e-commerce partners.

  • Lead SEO/SEM, product feed management and content velocity using industry best practices to drive e-commerce platform growth and minimize channel conflict with the DTC business

  • Implement robust analytics and attribute to inform site / listing improvements.

  • Recommend and execute portfolio expansion strategy within e-commerce channels.

  • Support annual strategic planning and marketing plan development.

DME Channel Growth

  • Develop resources to support execution of the DME channel strategy: partner recruitment, onboarding, co-marketing, and ongoing partner enablement (training, clinical tools, merchandising assets).

  • Collaborate with Market Access on coding (HCPCS), coverage, and reimbursement strategy; equip DMEs with compliant claims documentation, prior authorization resources, and appeals support.

  • Drive pull-through marketing to prescribers, case managers, and discharge planners; create sell in/sell through playbooks and measure partner performance (sell through, order frequency, returns).

  • Partner with Quality and Customer service to resolve complaints and warranty claims from DME and distributor partners.

  • Measure/track and report claims acceptance rates, denial reasons, and cycle time in partnership with DME partners and spotlight insights back into digital and content strategy.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Advanced degree in a healthcare, business, or economics related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in commercial roles (medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting experience is preferred).

  • Digital marketing experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience within government channels and/or e-commerce is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate mental agility and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.

  • Organized, process-oriented, and collaborative.

  • Experience managing large amounts of data, including collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical information from internal and external databases.

  • Must have strong presentation and writing skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to varied cross-functional audiences effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Travel required (10-20%)
