What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leaders.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Promote the organization's employment brand and culture to prospective candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build relationships with healthcare schools, professional associations, and community organizations to expand recruiting efforts.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Data driven decision making skills required.
  • Knowledge of  healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting for laboratory, phlebotomy, or other healthcare positions preferred.
  • SHRM, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications preferred.


Work Environment

This position may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on organizational needs. Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities.
