This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, where you will engage with clients using teletherapy platforms. Our outpatient office approach ensures that our counselors have access to resources and support, while clients receive care that fits their schedules. You will utilize video conferencing tools and electronic health records to maintain consistent communication and documentation.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs and establish a baseline for individualized care.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to specific therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide empathetic and effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic methods to foster meaningful dialogue and progress.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing digital documentation tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and address any co-occurring issues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and innovative treatment modalities relevant to mental health.

Our client's age demographics span from adolescents to seniors, each requiring tailored approaches based on their unique needs and contexts.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with options including LCMFT, LCPC, licensed psychologist, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by compassionate communication and an ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• At least two years of direct experience providing therapy services, demonstrating familiarity with various mental health treatment methodologies.
• Experience working with remote counseling tools and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health therapy and a commitment to continuous learning.

Marshfield Mental Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
