• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to determine clients' mental health statuses, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Facilitate effective one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches to empower clients.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress using electronic medical records (EMRs), ensuring that treatment plans are updated based on milestones and feedback.
