Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to foster personal growth and resilience.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress through structured follow-up sessions and adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients facing geographical or accessibility challenges, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to receive proper care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pillars Family Care Therapy, your work will primarily involve supporting clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Our client base includes children, adolescents, and adults, reflecting the diverse needs of our community in Gilbert and surrounding areas. You will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and guiding clients toward their goals of emotional stability and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as either LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to build authentic connections with clients.
• Possess a high degree of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient case management and client follow-up.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting or community health environment, particularly those experienced in remote therapy practices. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and tools, data management systems, and telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Pillars Family Care Therapy is pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will receive continuing education reimbursement to support your professional development.
