As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mile High Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks to support your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based techniques to improve their mental health.
• Participate in developing pre-crisis intervention strategies and crisis plans that effectively address client needs and enhance their coping strategies.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as dictated by clinical protocols to assess client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at promoting constructive behavior changes.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest quality of service provision.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• Must be licensed (or license-eligible) to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York.
