This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the essential work-life balance needed in the demanding field of social work. As part of the Detox Center team, you will collaborate closely with other professionals, including healthcare providers and family outreach coordinators, reinforcing a support network that prioritizes the health and safety of our clientele and staff alike.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child’s developmental goals.
• Monitoring and adapting strategies based on the outcomes of interventions to ensure the effectiveness of care.
• Engaging with families to provide support and education aimed at enhancing their child’s developmental skills.
• Implementing and adhering to all Federal and State regulations related to early intervention services.
• Building rapport with clients to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters healthy learning and growth.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure cohesive care delivery.

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, working with families to facilitate early intervention strategies. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a vital role in shaping children’s developmental trajectories during their critical early years, ensuring they acquire necessary skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional visits to families.
• Proficiency in adapting communication styles to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration.
• Bilingual skills are encouraged but not required.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• A minimum of one year working in early intervention services focused on children.
• Experience with coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies.
• A demonstrated commitment to advocating for client needs and early childhood development principles.
