Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced temporary Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts for various positions across multiple markets. This role is fully remote and focused on full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
The ideal candidate has experience in transportation, logistics, dock, or high-volume hourly recruiting and can quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment.

Contract remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for dock and driver positions

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach efforts

  • Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring steps with local operations teams

  • Maintain candidate communication and ensure positive candidate experience

  • Track recruiting activity and hiring progress in the ATS

  • Partner with recruiting leadership to meet weekly hiring goals

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting experience required

  • Experience recruiting for transportation, dock, manufacturing, or logistics roles preferred

  • High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience using ATS systems and recruiting platforms
