Right Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. You will be part of a community health clinic, focusing specifically on children's services, and actively contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the individual needs of children and families.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring collaborative support and care.
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, equipping them with tools to enhance their child's development and overall well-being.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and best practices in mental health care delivery.
• Administer various assessments using evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies.
• Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a healthy learning atmosphere.
• Develop joint plans with families, recommending appropriate strategies and services based on the child’s developmental status and family priorities.
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, adjusting frequency of services based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance family engagement and child learning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect both staff and the families we serve.

You will primarily work with children, including infants and toddlers, who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your role is critical in providing early intervention services that help these children develop essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. In addition to directly working with children, you will partner closely with families, empowering them through guidance and support to better understand and meet their child's unique needs.

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• State licensure from the Department of Public Health; LCSW designation required.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential visits to client homes or community settings.
• One year of experience working in early intervention or providing services to children.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse learning styles and needs of children.
• Commitment to utilizing and promoting Natural Learning Environment Practices.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
