Support Services Group is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Agents to provide support for an agency that Leads the nation in disaster relief.

We are seeking people to help in this year's Disaster Relief Cause. With the recent storms and families around the nation in distress, we are here to step forward and help. When disaster strikes, America will look to you. Now, we look to you to join our team!

Scheduling Requirements:

We are looking for people who have open availability including weekends.


This position is Full-Time, Seasonal, and Fully Remote Work from Home

Job Duties:

  • Problem-solving and exploring alternative solutions.
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service.
  • Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers.
  • High Degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain call center databases by entering information and documenting customer interaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a good work history and positive Attendance.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass criminal Background Check, and have no student loans in default.
