This role works across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience leading complex delivery efforts, improving team operations, and supporting high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. This position is well suited for a leader who can translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, promote accountability, and advance continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software delivery, product delivery, or engineering programs
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations
  • Experience managing roadmaps, release plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience using Agile delivery methods and software development lifecycle controls for enterprise applications
  • Experience supporting tax, finance, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting product or platform delivery for tax technology solutions
  • Experience working in a professional services organization or large enterprise technology organization
  • Experience with cloud modernization, application integration, or workflow automation initiatives
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans
  • Experience using delivery and operational metrics to support prioritization and decision-making
