As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring that all sessions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and needs, allowing for the development of comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitating the acquisition of new coping, problem-solving, and communication skills among clients, empowering them to navigate challenges more effectively.

Your client base will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the capacity to practice independently without supervision.
• No ongoing disciplinary actions; a clean license record is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to engage through our telehealth platform effectively.
• A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless client interactions.
