Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support records and information management for a REMOTE Contract position. This role focuses on entering and maintaining accurate data, responding to file-related requests, and keeping documentation organized within established timelines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with digital tools, has strong typing accuracy, and can manage sensitive information with care and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

• Enter information into spreadsheets and related systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Review, update, and organize Excel files to ensure records remain complete and current.

• Manage requests connected to discrimination claims and assemble the appropriate documentation for review.

• Process inquiries from individuals seeking access to profiles or case files in accordance with established procedures.

• Monitor due dates and prioritize assignments to ensure file requests and related tasks are completed on time.

• Maintain clear records of completed work and supporting documentation for compliance and tracking purposes.

• Use office technology effectively and adapt to new applications or workflows as business needs evolve

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role.
• Strong typing skills with demonstrated accuracy in handling numeric and text-based information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including updating, organizing, and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage confidential records and follow documentation standards with attention to detail.
• Experience tracking deadlines and handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
