Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service through empathy and active listening, aimed at helping clients feel understood and supported.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, educators, and family members, to create comprehensive support plans for clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to guide clients toward achieving personal growth and mental wellness.

  • Engage in community outreach activities, strengthening local partnerships to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development and support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from the Clinical Director, ensuring transparent communication within the team.
