Compensation: $15.00-18.00/hour (experience based; with potential for growth).

About the Position: ISG is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to make outbound follow-up calls to insureds who have pending insurance requirements. This is not a sales role - you'll help policyholders understand what's needed, answer basic questions, and keep the process moving, all while accurately documenting each interaction in Microsoft Dynamics.
What You'll Do:
  • Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation.
  • Explain requirements clearly and help customers navigate the online portal.
  • Leave professional voicemails and complete follow-up attempts.
  • Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Document all calls and commitments accurately in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Maintain follow-up schedules and meet productivity expectations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Professional, friendly phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence making high volume outbound calls.
  • Ability to stay composed and be persistent with frustrated or hesitant customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and no distractions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Experience:
  • Customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Insurance industry background.
