About the Opportunity

The Cloud Systems Engineer IV will lead the modernization of software delivery and cloud operations by implementing enterprise DevSecOps practices, automated infrastructure solutions, and secure cloud-native platforms in a remote and on-site environment. Success in this role is measured by the ability to streamline software deployments, improve system reliability and resiliency, reduce operational risk through automation, and maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend work to support mission-critical systems and operational needs.

In this role, the Cloud Systems Engineer IV will serve as a technical leader driving GitLab CI/CD excellence, cloud transformation initiatives, Kubernetes platform operations, and continuous improvement efforts that enable mission-critical systems to operate efficiently, securely, and at scale.
