Advantage Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing quality early intervention services to children and their families. As an LCSW, you will assess and enhance developmental milestones for children under three years old facing disabilities or delays, working collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role is entirely remote, allowing our LCSWs the flexibility to work from home while seamlessly collaborating with colleagues, families, and community resources. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions that support each child’s unique needs.
• Monitor and document progress, outcomes, and any adjustments needed in treatment strategies, working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide evidence-based early intervention support and training to families, empowering them to contribute effectively to their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.
• Develop strong rapport with children, their families, and team members to create a nurturing and collaborative learning environment.
• Administer evaluations and assessments in a sensitive and engaging manner, taking into account varying learning styles and family dynamics.

This position centers on providing impactful support to infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years who have developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with diverse families, understanding their unique circumstances and leveraging community resources to facilitate optimal outcomes. Our holistic approach guarantees that the emotional, social, and cognitive needs of each child are prioritized.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the California Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel to community appointments, if necessary.
• Proven ability to adapt interventions to suit various learning styles, promoting individualized treatment approaches.
• Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices that enhance developmental learning.

• At least 2 years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings, focusing on developmental milestones.
• Experience in conducting family-centered assessments and creating collaborative treatment plans.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus, given our remote work environment.
