  • Partner with Account Leadership to prepare client-facing materials (QBR content, forecasts/outlooks, performance summaries, and improvement roadmaps).
  • Build credibility through accuracy, transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through-especially during periods of change (scope changes, pricing questions, cost pressures).
  • Lead Sodexo Financial Performance
  • Partner with Operations to ensure delivery of key measures across the portfolio (Revenue, Gross Profit, Capex, and DSO) and drive clear action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide visibility into the drivers of revenue, margin, expenses, and working capital; surface risks/opportunities early and recommend decisive actions.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly performance routines: forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-ready reporting/presentations.
  • Partner with operations to identify performance improvement opportunities and track results.
  • Ensure strong risk management and internal controls: policy adherence, issue identification, remediation tracking, and appropriate escalation.
  • Contract stewardship

  • Support renewals, scope changes, and growth opportunities by providing analysis, scenario modeling, and contract economics guidance (pricing, volume assumptions, cost impacts).
  • Drive billing accuracy and timeliness; proactively manage risks that lead to disputes, rework, or delayed payment.
  • Support account receivables routines to improve cash performance/DSO while minimizing friction for the client
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports (if applicable) and strengthen financial acumen across the account leadership team
  • Partner across Sodexo functions (operations, supply chain, project teams, segment finance) to deliver timely reporting, insights, and client commitments.

Your contribution will help us achieve

  • Faster, higher-confidence decisions through sharper forecasting, analytics, and executive storytelling
  • Improved contract performance and profitable growth through strong commercial support and day-to-day execution rigor
