PART-TIME Customer Service Representative, REMOTE, Immediate Start
Reports to: Call Center Supervisor
Department: Contact Center
Availability: 5:00 pm-12:00 Midnight EDT, Monday to Friday; Saturday & Sunday will be OFF
Location: Remote, must be in the USA
Pay: $12 - $13 p/h W2
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle customer service contacts in a variety of channels including; phone, email, chat and social media. This is a short-term, remote project; therefore, Customer Service Agent experience is required. All CSRs on this project must have:
• Computer, MS Windows 7, 8.1 or 10
• High speed Internet access
• Cell phone or landline telephone
• Open availability for immediate start
Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from customer
  • Speak in clear voice on phone, use proper grammar and spelling in written contacts
  • Follow appropriate process for the client program(s)
  • Properly Document contact
  • Adhere to individual, team and department performance goals
  • Maintain professional attitude
Minimum Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' Customer Service experience is required
  • Call center with Inbound / Outbound calling experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) is strongly preferred
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
  • Reliable, Consistent
  • Strong desire to help people

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken and written messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing and talking. Close detail work requiring visual acuity. Must be able to perform primarily sedentary work.
