Completion Supervisor What You Will Be Doing Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Fort Worth, TX This position is in Fort Worth, TX a Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications Prior experience in aircraft maintenance and flight line operations required. Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues.

Desired Skills Strong background in F-35 aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently in a demanding environment. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms Familiarity with QADS, SFM, PDM, VAS, JDL, ALIS, JTD.
