Job Description
A remote Aircraft Maintenance Task Analyst opportunity is available through Belcan supporting one of our key airframe clients. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License or other related experience, or a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Remote support is acceptable, however ideal candidates will provide onsite support in one of our Belcan office throughout the country to effectively support a larger team. You will be a key team member that supports projects related to airframe inspection criteria and generating inspection documentation.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with the customer and Team Leads to fully understand the requirements of given tasks
- Work closely with engineers, maintenance technicians, and other subject matter experts to gather accurate technical information
- Perform tasks assigned by Team Leads and Project Manager
- Perform all tasks within a Team environment (both virtually and in-person)
- Create, revise, and maintain aircraft maintenance manuals and other technical publications in compliance with regulatory and customer standards
- Proofread, format, and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability for end-users
Requirements:
-US Citizenship only
-Prior experience with aircraft maintenance manuals
-High attention to detail to be able to work both independently and effectively within a team environment.
-Advanced computer skills and demonstrated expertise using engineering-based tools to perform detailed analysis of aircraft maintenance procedures
-Critical thinking and deductive reasoning
-Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environments with processes and procedures
-Self-motivated and highly organized contributor willing to help others be successful
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to be inquisitive and be highly communicative are critical to your success in this role to enable team engagement, team representation to customers and stakeholders (verbal and non-verbal forms of communication).
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $65,000 to $100,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
