• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of clients. Utilize structured methodologies to ensure thorough understanding and clarity.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and specific needs, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, leveraging solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies to foster positive mental health outcomes.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring consistent client engagement and support in a convenient manner.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, evaluating situations quickly to deliver effective support and safety planning.

Our clientele consists of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and more. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling confident and compassionate engagement with clients.
• Display of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in therapy sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and adept at managing time effectively to handle caseload efficiently.
• An absence of any disciplinary actions or ethical violations in professional history.
