Position Overview

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you\'ll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, complete enrollments, and receive exceptional ongoing service.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional growth in a collaborative remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Welcome and onboard new clients

• Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests

• Assist clients with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing support

Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service

• Maintain regular follow-up communication

• Deliver personalized solutions based on client needs

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Professional Development
