Remote Ai Validation information

What is a remote AI validation?

A Remote AI Validation job involves evaluating and testing artificial intelligence models to ensure they work accurately and reliably. People in this role often review AI-generated content, annotate data, or provide feedback on machine learning outputs. The work is typically done online, allowing for flexible, remote schedules. Remote AI Validators play a crucial role in improving AI systems by identifying errors, biases, or inaccuracies in model predictions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote AI validation specialist?

To thrive as a Remote AI Validation Specialist, you need strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a background in computer science, data science, or a related field. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, data annotation tools, and quality assurance platforms is typically required. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential soft skills for success in a remote environment. These skills ensure accurate validation of AI models, high-quality data outputs, and effective collaboration with distributed teams.

What are the typical challenges faced by professionals working in remote AI validation roles, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in remote AI validation roles often encounter challenges such as managing communication across distributed teams, ensuring consistent access to data and computational resources, and maintaining alignment on validation protocols. Overcoming these hurdles typically involves leveraging collaborative tools, establishing clear documentation practices, and participating in regular virtual meetings. Additionally, staying updated with evolving AI validation standards and fostering open communication with data scientists, engineers, and product managers can help ensure accuracy and efficiency in the validation process.

What is the difference between Remote Ai Validation vs Remote Data Labeler?

Job description

Remote AI/ML Software Engineer, Generative AI

Are you passionate about building Generative AI systems that move beyond prototypes and create real business impact?

A leading healthcare technology company is hiring an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer to develop production-grade Generative AI applications, RAG platforms, intelligent agents, and document-processing pipelines. You will help transform complex engineering information into searchable, actionable knowledge used across technical and product teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Build Generative AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
  • Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector-based retrieval systems.
  • Create scalable backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI.
  • Build AI agents and tool-calling workflows that connect to enterprise data sources.
  • Process unstructured content such as PDFs, images, tables, and technical documentation.
  • Deploy containerized AI applications on GCP using Cloud Run, GKE, and Docker.
  • Evaluate model performance and implement AI monitoring, security, and governance.
  • Work with engineering, quality, validation, and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 4+ years of software engineering and/or machine learning experience.
  • 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI or LLM application development.
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Production experience with Google Gemini and Vertex AI.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, and tool-calling systems.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and information retrieval.
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with Docker and cloud-based application deployment.
Nice to Have
  • FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, LangSmith, or PyTorch.
  • Milvus, PgVector, Qdrant, or Redis.
  • Kubernetes, GKE, or Cloud Run.
  • Healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, AWS Bedrock, React, Next.js, Streamlit, or Gradio.
Why Apply?

Youโ€™ll join a team building advanced AI systems that support meaningful healthcare technology and engineering initiatives. This is an opportunity to work on modern LLM architectures, intelligent agents, enterprise RAG, and scalable AI applications in a fully remote environment.
