An established technology-driven consulting and analytics organization is expanding its Artificial Intelligence practice and seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to join its growing team. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to build enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Databricks, Generative AI, LLM frameworks, cloud technologies, Python, SQL, and modern MLOps methodologies. The position is full-time and provides significant visibility into high-impact business initiatives.
This opportunity is particularly attractive for senior AI engineers seeking greater influence without completely moving away from hands-on development. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and shaping AI architecture while continuing to contribute code. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of professional AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering experience
  • Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Databricks ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI applications
  • Strong Python development experience
  • SQL expertise
  • Experience implementing MLOps best practices
