The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with clients to identify business challenges, design custom AI applications, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions in cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to uncover operational pain points and business challenges through in-depth consultations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Requirements Analysis: Capture and document detailed business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications for custom AI applications tailored to client needs.

· AI Solution Design: Architect and implement innovative AI solutions, leveraging frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to create scalable, efficient, and impactful systems.

· Cloud Deployment: Build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

· Agentic AI Development: Design and develop AI agents with decision-making capabilities, integrating LLMs with external tools and data sources for dynamic, context-aware workflows.

· Code Management: Maintain and manage robust GitHub repositories, ensuring best practices in version control, code collaboration, and documentation for team and client projects.

· Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize AI models and systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, incorporating client feedback and evolving requirements.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into broader technology ecosystems, ensuring seamless functionality.

· Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge bases, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Required Experience:

· Experience: 5+ years in Technology Design and Development roles

· Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript for building and scripting AI applications.

· Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration with external tools.

· Expertise in GitHub repository management, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.

· Experience building custom AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

· Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including services like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI for AI model deployment.

· Interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of team with both the Business and technology staff.

· Proven experience identifying business process improvements addressable through AI

· Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, and security protocols

Preferred Skills:

· Previous experience working in Higher Education or the public sector with State-, County-, and City-level institutions
